The launch model
Phase 1 is planned as a Manchester clinic providing professional venous collection with analysis performed through an external laboratory pathway. AK-LABS will not claim laboratory accreditation beyond the confirmed scope of the laboratory activities actually used.
Leadership and accountability
Founder, clinical-lead, registered-manager and practitioner biographies will be published once appointments are confirmed. Each regulated or clinical responsibility will be assigned to a named person with relevant credentials and insurance before launch.
